CRISPY MARS BAR SLICE
OMG this would have to be my new fav go to treat that I can't stop eating.
HEALTHIER CRISPY MARS BAR SLICE

V, GF, DF,
1/2 cup brown rice malt syrup
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
50g of dark chocolate
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder 30-40g
3.5 cups of rice crisps puffs/ bubbles
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 block of dark chocolate 70-100g
Coconut oil to help melt
2 tablespoons of rice malt syrup
In a large microwave safe mixing bowl add your syrup, peanut butter & chocolate, heat for 30 seconds, than mix with a spatula to combine, heat again for an additional 15 seconds if needed.
Once melted and combined add your vanilla extract.
In another bowl mix protein with rice crisps. Pour the crisp mix into the syrup mix and fold through with a spatula. Once all is combined and sticky, line a brownie tin and press the crackle in, flatten the surface with your spatula and than Refrigerate.
Melt your block of chocolate with a little coconut oil and rice malt syrup. Once melted pour over the crackle. Tip the brownie pan side to side to get a smooth chocolate. Sprinkle some sea salt or sprinkles over the top and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Slice into 15 squares best kept in a sealed container in the fridge. If it makes it back 😂
